These Terms govern access to NicoDesk (“the Service”), including the website at nicodesk.com, the web dashboard, and companion apps.
Acceptable use
You may use NicoDesk only to analyze store metrics for apps you own or are authorized to manage. You must not abuse APIs, share credentials unlawfully, or attempt to access other organizations’ data.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Store connections
Connecting App Store Connect or Google Play requires credentials or invitations you control. You authorize NicoDesk to fetch reports on your behalf for the purpose of providing the Service.
Open beta
During open beta, features and pricing may change. The Service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees beyond reasonable effort.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicoDesk is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made solely on the basis of metrics displayed in the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
